today morning at 8...

location USM with Secondary School Frisbee Competition..

It was fun!!..i think every1 attend this event surely had their ass high!!

playing frisbee was a good exercise..as i said huh?!?!...

6 different secondary schools coming and 9 teams playing..

We all standing under hot sun for more than 6 hours..
recording the marks n brief all the newbies...teach them how to play..
"to be gentleman arr..dun too rough o fight...we come here for fun n learning..not for win...bla bla bla..."

but a match...Chung Ling Butterworth vs Chung Ling High School almost had a fight..
luckily Edmund warned them...


suffer sun burn here n dere......

i still remember last i suffer was after Inti Nilai Frisbee Competition...

n now again..!!!
both my arms lik....arrrghhh....pain+ itchy...
n start to sick de......T.T
